The Park Slope Chamber of Commerce’s 31st Annual Park Slope Street Fair, “Seventh Heaven,” will be held from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., June 15.
In what promises to be the biggest and best “Seventh Heaven” yet, Seventh Avenue will be closed to traffic for 23 blocks, from Flatbush Avenue to 16th Street.
Last year, 400 vendors and merchants brought the treasures of the city to the popular thoroughfare, by tempting everyone’s palate, and entertaining thousands of area residents.
As in previous years, all funds raised at “Seventh Heaven” will be used to beautify the strip — plant trees, line the commercial strip with litter baskets, light up the avenue for the holiday season and anything else needed to improve the area.
