Sign up for a flu shot

Seasonal flu shots will be given October 12 from 10-11:30 a.m. and 1:30-3:30 p.m. at the Prospect Park Residence, 1 Prospect Park West in the Park Slope section of Brooklyn.

The event is open to the community, but space must be reserved in advance as quantities are limited.

To reserve in advance, contact Angela at 718-622-8400. Note that quantities are limited and, if not insured by Medicare, there is a fee.
