Members of the Fort Hamilton Citizens Action Committee and William Guarinello, president announced the upcoming Army Community Covenant Signing Ceremony will be held on September 10 at noon on The Bluff at Fort Army Base.
Military officials, elected officials, community activists and residents are expected to attend. A barbecue follows in celebration of Fort Hamilton Community Day.
In case of inclement weather, the Signing Ceremony will be held at the Fort Hamilton Post Theater.
