Six injured in Marine Park car crash

An 8-year-old child and five others were injured in a brutal Marine Park car crash on July 4.

The driver of a white Dodge was heading south on Ryder Street at 7:19 p.m., when the motorist blew through a stop sign at Fillmore Avenue and plowed into a black Mercedes, according to police.

All six people involved in the crash were taken to a nearby hospital in stable condition, cops said.

A spokesman for the Police Department could not say whether any citations were issued following the crash.
