Bay Ridge–Dyker Heights

Shore sneak

Some thief slipped through an unlocked apartment door of a Shore Road building on Dec. 6 to steal jewelry, a laptop and a camera.

The security video for the building, which is between 74th Street and Bay Parkway, shows a thin man with an oversized coat slipping into the lobby and going up the stairs at around 11:30 am — about the same time that one of the residents went down to the laundry room, leaving his door unlocked.

The man’s wife was in the shower when the stealthy thief sneaked in the apartment, jacking the tech gear, three necklaces and a gold ring.

Dodgy deed

Someone stole a 2000 Dodge Stratus that was parked on 68th Street.

The victim told cops that she left her ride near 12th Avenue on Dec. 8 at around 7:30 pm. When she returned two days later, her car was gone.

Tired out

Someone jacked the tires and rims from a 2006 Honda Accord on 81st Street overnight on Dec. 8.

The victim told cops that she parked in front of her house, which is between 13th and 14th avenues, at around 7:40 pm. When she returned the next morning, her car parts were gone.

PlayStation perp

Someone stole a PlayStation, two cameras and cash from a 65th Street apartment on Dec. 6.

The gaming victim told cops that he left his crib, which is between 10th and 11th avenues, at 7 am and returned at 6 pm to find the stuff gone.
