Oh yes, Joanna, you have hit the nail right on the head with this article. The middle class is suffering so much with paying mortgages, credit card debts and so on. This water board increase is totally uncalled for and, to boot, shopping bills have increased.
We are all trying to keep our homes and eat food, and now this.
Your solution to it all sounds great to me, only if it can be true then maybe the higher up officials will see what we are all feeling and going through.
