Solid block of family fun

Music, crafts, collectibles and a palate-pleasing menu of international foods lured visitors to the waterfront district for a fall festival, presented by the Carroll Gardens Association.

The second annual family frolic along Columbia Street, from DeGraw to Union streets, featured a cornucopia of delights for the young and the young-at-heart, who teamed up with like-minded revelers to celebrate the diverse, people-friendly urban kingdom.
