A man was shot in the hip during a skirmish on 93rd Street and Third Avenue Sunday morning.
Police said that the victim was nearing the corner at 4:30 a.m. on November 29 when he got into an argument with the unidentified gunman.
Witnesses said that the gunman fired one round and ran off, leaving the victim splayed out on the floor.
The victim went to an area hospital for treatment, but soon found himself in even more trouble.
Cops charged him with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of marijuana when narcotics were found in his pockets.

When she returned at 1:20 p.m., she learned that someone had forced open a window.
While everything was left upended, the only thing taken was $18, officials said.
