Cops arrested a 17-year-old they say attacked a Marine Park Chinese food delivery man on Jan. 24.

Konrad Jacobs and two other goons jumped their victim on E. 37th Street near Avenue P at 11 pm, ruthlessly punching and kicking the man before robbing him of his cash and Chinese food, officials said.

But cops were quick to respond: a pair of NYPD patrolmen spotted the hold up and chased after the goons, catching up with Jacobs following a four-block pursuit that ended on Kings Highway near E. 41st Street.

Jacobs was arrested on charges of gang assault, robbery, and resisting arrest.

Cops were still searching for his accomplices on Thursday night.
