The Cyclone skid is over!
After ending a 10-game winning streak and then promptly going into skid that saw them drop five games out of their last six, the Clones finally put together a gutty win on Wednesday night that brought their record back up to 18-6

The Brooks got on the board first, scoring a single run on an error.
After falling behind 2–1, the Cyclones stormed back in the fifth, putting up a deuce on RBI singles by Angel Berroa and Sam Honeck.
Another run was tacked on in the sixth after a Ralph Henriquez double and a groundout.
That run was no mere insurance, as the pesky Crosscutters added a run in the ninth.
Starter Brandon Moore was his commanding self, though he did give up two earned runs in his eight innings. Then again, he also struck out nine.
