Grand theft

A crook bashed out the window of a car parked on Fifth Avenue and stole cash and jewelry from inside on May 15, police report.

The victim told cops he left his vehicle between 65th and 66th streets at 12:30 am and returned 10 hours later to discover his driver’s-side window in shards and $300 in cash and a diamond ring missing from inside.

Carted off

A lowlife stole a shopping cart — plus a safe and jewelry — from a 64th Street apartment on May 17, according to cops.

The victim reported that he left his pad between 13th and 14th avenues at 6 am and returned at 7 pm to find his rear window open and his grocery wagon, safe, and two gold rings stolen.

Designer crime

A villain broke into a car parked on Third Avenue and ripped off a high-end purse, wallet, and a pair of sunglasses from inside on the night of May 18, police state.

The victim said she and her boyfriend left the vehicle between 89th and 90th streets at 11:45 pm and returned two hours later to see someone had lifted her Michael Kors wallet and pocketbook, as well as her Gucci sunglasses.

Bad fortune

A fiend stole a Chinese food deliveryman’s car on Seventh Avenue on May 19, authorities allege.

The victim said he left the vehicle near the corner of 80th Street to drop off food at a nearby apartment at 10:30 pm, and came back 15 minutes later to find nothing but broken glass in his parking spot.

The razor’s edge

A knife-wielding savage held up a woman for her bag on Fifth Avenue on May 16, cops say.

The victim said she had just stepped out of a store between 85th and 86th streets at 7:50 pm and when the thug came up and demanded her bag. When the woman refused, the villain flashed a blade.

“Don’t make me hurt you,” the perp said.

The woman surrendered her pocketbook — which contained $500 in cash — and the mugger escaped with it down Fifth Avenue.

Treasure chest

A burglar bagged more than $100,000 in jewelry fom a 92nd Street apartment while the resident was away from April 26 to May 8, according to police.

The victim said she left her flat between Fifth and Sixth avenues — which has an unlockable balcony door — at 3 pm, and returned 12 days later at 12:30 pm to find her safe missing, along with the four watches, 23 precious rings, 43 gold bracelets, three necklaces, four gold coins, and $1,750 in cash inside.
