Jewel heist
A brazen perp lifted thousands in jewels and electronics from an 87th Street home on Dec. 28.
The victim told cops that he left his house between Colonial Road and Narrows Avenue at 1:30 pm. When he returned at 4:15 pm, he found his side door broken, and $7,500 in jewelry, electronics and cash missing.
Deliverance
Two punks rolled a delivery man on Dec. 30 for his cash — and they took his scooter, too!
The shaken delivery driver told cops that two men came up behind him while he was delivering food between Eighth Avenue and Fort Hamilton Parkway at 10:55 pm, grabbing $60 from his jacket pocket before hopping on the scooter and making their getaway.
Cleaned out
A thief busted into a 65th Street car wash on Dec. 27 and made off with nearly $8,000.
An employee told cops that workers closed up the shop between Ninth Avenue and Fort Hamilton Parkway at 12:40 am. When he returned at 8:45 later that morning, he found that a side window was busted, and $7,900 was missing.
Car jack
Thieves stole a car parked on 84th Street on Dec. 27.
The victim told cops that he parked his beloved Dodge sedan between Fourth and Fifth avenues at 10 am. When he returned at 12:15 pm, his ride was gone.
Vacation bandits
Thieves swiped a litany of goods from a 12th Avenue home over Christmas weekend.
The victim told cops that he left his house between 70th and 71st streets on Dec 23. When he returned at 5:45 pm on Dec. 26, he found his front door broken, and a laptop, cameras and rings — valued at $3,705 — missing.
