The 42-year-old victim told cops he was on the R-train near Union Street at 6 pm, when a man snatched a black $400 iPhone from his hands, then fled as the train doors closed.
Bad stroll
A ballsy thief swiped an iPhone from a man on Fifth Avenue on June 12.
The 30-year-old victim told cops he was chatting on his cellphone while strolling near Eighth Street at 7:35 pm, when the jerk snatched it from his hand, then ran away.
Bar rat
A jerk stole a purse from a bar-goer on Fifth Avenue on June 4.
The 33-year-old victim told cops that she set her black Prada purse on a table in a back room at High Dive bar near Carroll Street at 10:30 pm, then walked away for five minutes. That was enough time for the crook to snatch it — and the credit cards and fancy iPhone inside.
Something slimy
Two jerks snatched a wallet from a shopper on Fifth Avenue on June 6.
The 30-year-old victim told cops she was browsing inside Something Else boutique near Union Street at 7:15 pm, when one of the jerks bumped into her. The other creep dug into her purse while she was distracted and grabbed her wallet before running away.
Jeep smasher
A thug jacked some credit cards from a new car on First Street overnight on June 4.
The 35-year-old victim told cops he parked his black 2011 Jeep near Third Avenue at 10 pm, then came back at 10:30 am. That’s when he discovered his passenger-side window had been smashed and his credit cards were gone.
