Begging — and choosing
Two jerks asked a man for a dollar before robbing him on Dekalb Avenue on Sept. 28.
The victim told police the two bandits pulled a knife on him and took his wallet and medication, which included Xanax and Ambien , near Fulton Street around 7:20 p.m.
Mr. Knife Guy
A villain robbed a guy at knifepoint on Fourth Avenue on Sept. 24.
The victim told police he was unlocking his bike when the wretch held a silver knife to his stomach and told him, “Give me what you have,” between Bergen Street and St. Marks Place at 4:10 am.
The bandit then grabbed the guy’s wallet and bolted westbound on Bergen Street, cops said.
Five-finger discount
Cops arrested a man for allegedly trying to fight his way out of a Fulton Street retailer with $29 worth of clothes on Sept. 25.
An employee told police that the suspect threw some punches while attempting to take off with the merchandise near Duffield Street around 3:45 p.m.
The cops arrested the man a few minutes later, slapping him with a felony robbery charge.
A call for help
Some good-for-nothing stole a man’s phone as he exited a Willoughby Street train station on Sept. 25.
The victim told police that the thief asked to borrow his phone at the station near Bridge Street at 1:10 am, but when the victim asked for his cell back, the perp snarled “Give me your pin or I’m going to fight you.”
