The tenant said she had entered her building between Berry Street and Bedford Avenue at 9:50 pm when the man approached her and said, “I am going to kill you! See you in the other life!”

He then put the woman in a headlock, causing her nose to start bleeding. He took her phone and iPod and fled.

A jerk punched a woman and took her handbag on Montrose Avenue on Jan 13.

The victim was bringing her BMX bicycle into her building between Manhattan Avenue and Leonard Street at 5:10 am when the jerk followed her inside. He then punched her in the head, grabbed her bag — which contained $740 — and ran off.

Stuck up

A knife-wielding robber stole a man’s iPhone on Boerum Street on Jan. 11.

The victim said he was outside of his apartment near Harrison Place at 10:15 pm when the jerk approached him and shouted, “Give me your phone!”

The victim gave it up and the man fled.

Moore computers

A thief stole two laptops from a Moore Street apartment near Bogart Street on Jan. 10.

Sold-out concert

A thief stole $10,000 worth of music equipment and instruments from a Chevrolet parked on McKibbin Street on Jan. 10.

The driver parked his car near White Street at noon, but when he returned to the spot at 9:30 am the next day, he saw three guitars, two amps, cymbals, and a set of speakers were all gone.
