Three thugs
A group of hoodlums beat up a man on Sackett Street on Nov. 25.
The 46-year-old victim told cops that he was near Fourth Avenue at 5:30 am when three men ran up from behind. One of them punched him in the head, which knocked off his glasses, while another man snatched the backpack off of his shoulder.
The jerks then ran away with the bag — which held the wallet and cellphone.
Bad drink
A quick-moving thief snatched a fancy wallet from a bar-goer on Union Street on Nov. 19.
The 30-year-old victim told cops that she hung her purse on the back of a chair at Union Hall near Fifth Avenue at 2:30 am, had a drink and returned an hour later. That’s when she discovered that her $600 wallet — along with several credit cards inside — gone.
Audi smash
A crook jacked a laptop from a car on Park Place on Nov. 23.
The victim told cops that he parked and locked his silver 1996 Audi near Sixth Avenue at around 11:30 am and came back three hours later to discover that the passenger’s-side window had been smashed — and his $200 briefcase, $1,000 laptop and $500 digital camera gone.
Rough ride
A thug stabbed a straphanger on Fourth Avenue on Nov. 21.
A witness told cops that a 30-year-old man was outside the F train near Ninth Street at 9:40 pm when two jerks hit him in the face and threw him to the ground before one of the men stabbed him in the thigh with a knife.
An ambulance rushed the poor guy to a hospital — and cops arrested two men the same night.
Chevy swiped
A crook stole a car on Seventh Street overnight on Nov. 26.
The 71-year-old victim told cops he parked his white 1990 Chevrolet Celebrity between Prospect Park West and Eighth Avenue at 8 pm, then came back the next day at noon. That’s when he discovered his $1,000 ride missing — though no broken glass.
Unlock shock
A quick-moving crook snatched a purse from an apartment on Prospect Place on Nov. 21.
The 64-year-old victim told cops that she left her purse on a sofa inside her unlocked basement-level home near Fifth Avenue at 10 pm. She came back and hour later to find the front door open and her purse, wallet and cellphone gone.
Can’t compute
A thief stole a laptop from a woman on Union Street on Nov. 21.
The 22-year-old victim told cops that she left her MacBook and headphones outside a building near Fifth Avenue for 15 minutes, which was enough time for the crook to snatch the gadget and run away.
R-ascal rider
A ballsy thief snatched the God tablet from a straphanger on the R train under Fourth Avenue on Nov. 20.
The 33-year-old victim told cops that he was holding an iPad while riding the train near Ninth Street at 11:20 pm when a man wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt grabbed it and ran out of the subway station.
Ride gone
A jerk stole a motorcycle on Eighth Street overnight on Nov. 22.
The 42-year-old victim told cops that he parked his black Triumph motorbike between Prospect Park West and Eighth Avenue at 7:30 pm and returned at 8 am — then discovered his $7,000 ride gone.
