Howling festivities were the order of the day as mom, dad and the kids joined like-minded frolickers for a Halloween parade in Williamsburg, accompanied by the snazzy sounds of the NYPD Jazz Band.
Trick o’treaters donned their most spooktastic garb and headed for Java Street where they put their eeriest foot forward %u2013 with other intrepid critters of the night %u2013 to celebrate the annual fright fest with a spine-tingling stroll between Manhattan Avenue and McGuinness Boulevard, presented by Town Square.
The nerve-jangling jaunt featured an eye-popping assortment of ghouls, goblins, witches and other fanciful folk, who did their devilish best to entertain the happy hordes as they set goosebumps-a-rising.
A party at Town Square, 176 Java Street, followed the amble, featuring arts and crafts, refreshments and games for the young and the young at heart.
