Cops are looking for three thugs who are partial to auto parts stores.
The trio is being sought for two gunpoint raids — both Auto Zone stores — in both Mill Basin and East Flatbush.
While both robberies took place in August, investigators just recently connected the still unidentified fearsome threesome to the crimes.
The two robberies, officials said, were committed one day after another starting on August 13.
Police said on that at 10 p.m. on that date the three men barged into the Auto Zone store at 1590 Ralph Avenue, just as the store was closing. The suspects pulled pistols and robbed the clerks of an undetermined amount of cash.
Just hours later, the same three suspects were seen pulling guns on workers at the Auto Zone store at 575 Utica Avenue.
This time, however, the raid took place at 5 a.m., just when the store was opening.
Cops have described the three suspects as black males.
A surveillance camera got shots of the suspects during one of the heists.
Investigators are currently going to area stores, as well as Auto Zone stores throughout the borough, asking anyone with information regarding these three men to come forward.
Anyone with information regarding this incident is urged to come forward.
