There are enough minor changes to the schedules this weekend to make your subway journey this weekend a bit unpredictable and, we hope, exciting.
All changes are from Saturday, April 7 at 12:01 am to Monday, March 9 at 5 am unless otherwise noted:
D: Manhattan-bound trains run express from 36th Street to Atlantic Avenue-Pacific Street and then skip DeKalb Avenue, from midnight to 6:30 am on Saturday and midnight to 5 am on Sunday.
F: Manhattan-bound trains run via the A line from Jay Street-MetroTech to West Fourth Street.
J: Queens-bound trains skip Hewes Street, Lorimer Street, and Flushing Avenue stations from 4 am Saturday to 10 pm on Sunday.
M: Trains run every 24 minutes between Metropolitan Avenue and Myrtle Avenue stations from 4 am Saturday to 10 pm on Sunday.
N: Manhattan-bound trains run express from 36th Street to Atlantic Avenue-Pacific Street and skip DeKalb Avenue, from midnight to 6:30 am on Saturday and midnight to 5 am on Sunday.
Q: Manhattan-bound trains run via the R from DeKalb Avenue to Canal Street. Coney Island-bound trains skip Avenue U and Neck Road stations from 11:30 pm on Friday until 5 am Monday.
R: Manhattan-bound trains run express from 36th Street to Atlantic Avenue-Pacific Street and skip DeKalb Avenue from 6:30 am to midnight on Saturday and Sunday. There are no R trains between 59th Street and 36th Street in Brooklyn between midnight and 6:30 am on Saturday and midnight and 5 am on Sunday. Take the N instead.
