A masked bandit robbed a Fort Greene convenience store at gunpoint — and fired a wild shot into a wall — on Oct. 5, and the whole incident was caught on camera.

The surveillance footage shows the balaclava-wearing goon storming into the store on Myrtle Avenue between Saint Edwards Street and N. Portland Avenue at 7:38 pm and pointing his piece, which cops say is a .40-caliber, semiautomatic pistol, at the clerk, demanding cash. The video appears to show the cashier grab for the gun over the counter, at which point the masked man recoils, fiddles with the weapon, and lets off a round. Apparently having scared the worker out of the way, the scoundrel reaches over the tall counter and pulls a wad of cash, $900, according to police, from the till, then takes off running.

The robber was wearing a gray jacket, black jeans, and chunky, black-and-white basketball shoes, the video shows.

He stands about 5-feet-9 and weighs around 160 pounds, police said.

The NYPD asks those with information about the incident to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577–8477, go to www.nypdc‌rimes‌toppe‌rs.com, or text-message tips to 274637 and enter “TIP577”.
