We’re psyched for new Woodhull wing

Snip, snip hooray

Bedford-Stuyvesant

Woodhull Medical Center just added a primary care center for mental health patients. The newest facility is designed to expand the coordination of patient care by providing both mental and physical health needs to Woodhull’s psychiatry patients in one setting. “Our goal is to enhance the health of our psychiatry patients who are unable to avail themselves of primary care services,” said George Proctor senior veep of the North and Central Brooklyn Health Networks and executive director of Woodhull Medical Center (whew! Hope he has a big enough desk for that nameplate).

Woodhull Medical Center [760 Broadway between Park and Flushing avenues in Bedford-Stuyvesant, (718) 963-8000]. Open Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm.
