Parking ga-rage
An irate driver beat another man and damaged his car in an abortive effort to get him to turn over his parking spot on S. Sixth Avenue on March 3, cops said.
The victim told police he was sitting in his ride between Berry Street and Bedford Avenue at 10:45 am when the maniac banged on his driver’s-side window.
“Get the f— out of this spot,” the bully supposedly yelled at him.
When the 22-year-old victim picked up his cellphone to call police, the tough guy grabbed it out of his hand and threw it on the ground, police reported. The road warrior then punched the victim in the face, kicked the driver’s-side mirror off his car, threw it in the street, and drove off in a red Toyota Solaris that cops later found on Wythe Avenue at Grand Street, according to authorities.
No time
A menacing mugger threatened to shoot a man if he didn’t turn over his phone on Bushwick Avenue on March 3, police stated.
The 25-year-old victim said he was walking to school between Flushing Avenue and Cook Street at 8:15 am when the robber approached him from behind.
“Give me your phone or I will shoot you,” the bandit said, pushing a hard object into the victim’s back, according to cops.
The victim handed over his mobile device and the marauder skedaddled down Bushwick Avenue, a report says.
Bike-by mugging
A bandit riding a bicycle attacked a guy on Keap Street in the early morning of March 5 and tried to steal his wallet, cops said.
The victim reported he was walking at the corner of N. Third Street at 5:45 am when he saw someone pass him on a bicycle. Seconds later, the cyclist turned around and punched the man in the head from behind several times, police recounted.
“Give me your wallet,” the mugger supposedly said.
The victim tried to fight back but it was not until a woman passing by jumped in that the attacker scrammed, according to a report.
Hunger games
Two goons attacked a delivery driver and stole his stuff inside a Flushing Avenue apartment building on March 5, according to authorities.
The 21-year-old victim said he delivered food to a pad between Garden Street and Bushwick Avenue at 9:50 am, then took the elevator back down to the lobby and was about to leave the building when two brutes blocked the lobby doors. The lowlifes grabbed the victim, shoved him into a stairwell, and one punched him in the back of the head, knocking him out, cops said.
When the poor sap came to moments later, the toughs were standing over him holding the contents of his pockets, including $150 and a cellphone, he reported. One of the bandits demanded that the victim tell him the security code for the phone and, when the victim told him the wrong code, he got whacked in the face, a report shows. The dastardly duo then vamoosed up the stairs in the building and emergency services took the victim to Woodhull Hospital, police said.
Take-out terror
Two tough guys attacked a pair of teens while they were ordering Chinese food at a restaurant on Boardway on March 9, cops reported.
The 16-year-old and 17-year-old victims told officers they were ordering food at the eatery between Debevoise Street and Manhattan Avenue at 5:45 pm when two hooligans came in and started beating them with tables and chairs.
Emergency services took the battered youngsters to Woodhull Hospital. Police said that the victims were highly uncooperative.
