Police are searching for a man who disappeared without a trace from his Williamsburg apartment in January.

Carlos Taveras’s family have not seen him since Jan. 4, cops said.

His family did not report him missing until Feb. 20 because he has a habit of leaving for short periods of time without telling his family, a police spokesman said.

Taveras, who lives on S. 10th Street, is described as six feet tall, 180 pounds, and was last seen wearing a green jacket, beige pants and carrying a green army bag. He also suffers from epilepsy and needs medication, police said.

In the month since Taveras’ family reported him missing, there has been no sign of him, the authorities reported.

Police are asking anyone with information on Taveras’ whereabouts to call the 90th Precinct at (718) 963–5368.
