Un-Courtly

A crook swiped $960 from a shopper on Court Street on April 30.

The victim told police she entered a store at Joralemon Street at 1:30 pm and left her wallet inside of her shopping cart. She said that she turned away for a minute, and when she looked down again the cash was missing from her wallet.

Play nice

A thief stole a woman’s purse at a Brooklyn Bridge Park playground on April 29.

The victim told cops that she left the purse unattended inside of the park’s Main Street Lot near Plymouth Street at 6:30 pm. When she returned to get it several minutes later, the purse was no longer there.
