Come celebrate the harvest and everything apple at the Wyckoff Farmhouse Museum, 5816 Clarendon Road, during its annual Apple Festival, September 27.
The day begins with a tour of the Wyckoff Farmhouse Museum with Senior Docent Lucie Chin at 12 p.m.
At 1 and 3 p.m., enjoy the cool sounds of the Jug Addicts. Listen to their jazz-meets-jug-meets-Tin Pan Alley style of music.
Then, learn traditional barn-dancing moves as you watch Caroline Copeland of The New York Baroque Dance Company perform, after which time she will teach the crowd how to move in a traditional style.
Throughout the day, enjoy fresh pressed apple cider, fireside feasts, apple fritters, while children participate in an apple craft workshop.
