Gunman shoots man on W. 33rd Street

Shots fired 

A gunman shot a man outside of a W. 33rd Street public housing complex on Sept. 21. 

The victim told police that their shot spotter technology altered them to the incident  between Bayview and Neptune avenues at around 12:50 pm, where they found the bloodied victim. 

Paramedics rushed the victim to a nearby hospital for treatment, according to police reports.

Cyclone snag

A bandit swiped $1,416 worth of Cyclone hats and t-shirts from a Surf Avenue store on Sept. 21. 

The victim told police that the lout threw a rock through the glass door of the store between W. 16th and W. 21st street at around 2:30 am and grabbed the ill-gotten goods. 

Pay up 

A man hit his roommate in the back with a broomstick at their Brighton Fourth Street apartment on Sept. 26. 

The victim told police that he and his roommate had gotten into an argument about rent for the apartment between Ocean View and Brighton Beach avenues at around 5:29 am, the bruiser attacked the victim.
