A 4-year-old boy and three others were hospitalized after a car crash in Flatlands on May 5, according to authorities.

The motorist behind the wheel of a 2007 sports utility vehicle — carrying the 4-year-old and another passenger inside — swerved out of his lane of traffic while driving on Glenwood Road, smashing into a parked car and two pedestrians near the intersection of Troy Avenue at 1:45 p.m., cops said.

The pedestrians were changing a flat tire on the parked car when the SUV hit them, according to police.

The driver of the car was unharmed, but the 4-year-old and the other passenger suffered injuries to the head and neck area, cops said.

A 20-year-old pedestrian suffered severe injuries to the legs, and a 39-year-old pedestrian complained of minor pain to the head, according to police.

Paramedics took all four injured people to Kings County Hospital.

No charges have been filed and the investigation is ongoing, according to police.
