Police cuff four women for alleged violent robbery

Police arrested four women for allegedly attacking another woman and stealing her phone on Fulton Street on June 22.

The victim told police that the women allegedly punched and scratched her near Ashland Place just after 5 pm before grabbing her phone and running off.

Police arrested the four suspects at the scene at 5:30 pm and charged them with felony robbery, according to police reports. 

Package pirate

Cops cuffed a man for allegedly robbing a delivery driver at knifepoint inside a Carlton Avenue building on June 28.

The victim told police that the man allegedly pulled out a knife and cut the victim’s shirt while in an elevator at the housing complex near Park Avenue at 2:30 pm, before grabbing a bunch of packages and fleeing.

Police arrested the man at the building complex at 3:10 pm and charged him with felony robbery, according to police reports. 

Right in the kisser!

Police arrested a man for allegedly assaulting his friend on Flatbush Avenue Ext. on June 23.

The victim told police that the two men got into an argument at Fulton Street at 8 pm, before the suspect allegedly punched him in the face, knocking out several teeth.

Police arrested the man on the scene just before 8:30 pm and charged him with felony assault, according to police reports. 

You snooze, you lose

A sneak stole a man’s phone on a C-train near Fulton Street on June 22.

The victim told police that he was sleeping on the southbound train near S. Portland Avenue at 9:25 am, and when he woke up, his phone was missing.

Conned!

Some shyster scammed a woman out of almost $2,000 on Ashland Place on June 23.

The victim told police that the charlatan called her between Lafayette Avenue and Hanson Place at 10:15 am, saying she had a warrant for her arrest and that she needed to pay whatever amount of money she could withdraw — causing her to hand over four Target gift cards worth $1,946.
