Cops arrested a man for allegedly groping two young girls aboard buses in Canarsie and East Flatbush, officials said Monday.

According to cops, Moss allegedly approached a 13-year-old girl from behind and pressed his erect penis onto her buttocks area over her clothes repeatedly.
