Call it a hot ride.
A scooter caught fire on Ralph Avenue on Sept. 6.
The fire department responded to a call for a transportation fire at 4:33 pm and found the scooter engulfed in flames next to the bus stop near Avenue K, according to a spokesman.
Two fire companies and 11 of New York’s Bravest extinguished the fire by 4:47 pm with no injuries.
Police officers from the 63rd Precinct closed off the area while the fire fighters put out the flames.

Job done: New York’s Bravest close out the inferno within less than 20 minutes.
