Friday, Feb. 11

“Celebrate the Alien” Dance Party: The iconic David Bowie would have celebrated his 75th birthday this year, so let loose and get weird at Littlefield with a late-night dance tribute to The Starman with DJ Steve Reynolds spinning his favorite songs. Music Video Time Machine will project selections from Bowie’s music videos and his best film appearances all night long.

$8-12. 10:30pm. Littlefield, 635 Sackett St. between Third and Fourth avenues in Gowanus.

Saturday, Feb. 12

“I’m With Cupid” Comedy Show: Podcast hosts Jenny Gorelick, Emily Cob, and Caroline Doyle record a special live crossover episode of their shows to celebrate Valentine’s Day. They’ll give out advice based on all your recent texts and messages from suitors and will send their three comedian guests – Charlie Bardey, Fumi Abe, and Rachel Costner — on live blind dates.

“Happily Never After” at Green-Wood: If you or the one you love is a fan of the macabre, this Valentine’s Day tour is the one for you. Learn all about the cemetery’s star-crossed lovers, scandalous affairs, and heartbroken husbands on a two-hour walking tour. Dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes, some of the graveyard’s terrain is uneven.

$25-30. 12pm. Green-Wood Cemetery, 500 25th St. at Fifth Avenue in Greenwood Heights.

Sunday, Feb. 13

Super Bowl Watch Party at Parklife: Didn’t plan a Super Bowl Party? Parklife has you covered with a gathering of all your fellow fans and three big TV screens to take in the spectacle. The evening is sponsored by the Coney Island Brewery and there will be $6 Mermaid Pilsners on tap all night long, to be enjoyed with Frito Pie and Loaded Queso. RSVPs are recommended and, if you book a spot on OpenTable, you’ll automatically be entered for a chance to win a raffle ticket for a brewery gift card.
