This ceremony is on the up-and-up!

The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce toasted architects, developers, and real estate honchos at its July 13 Building Awards, which celebrated completed construction projects that improved neighborhoods across the borough, according to the organization.

Projects recognized at the event include New York University’s Tandon School of Engineering’s MakerSpace in Downtown, the Dwana Smallwood Performing Arts Center in Bedford-Stuyvesant, and Brooklyn Bridge Park’s swanky, eco-friendly 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge — where the 17th-annual fête was held.

A short film featuring all honorees was played for attendees, who congratulated one another over refreshments when the main event concluded.
