The Brooklyn Cyclones transformed into the Coney Island Franks on the eve of Independence Day — and the world renowned Nathan’s hot-dog-eating contest — this year to honor the company’s 100-year anniversary. Players took the field at MCU Park donned in custom jerseys with the iconic “Funny Face” logo on their sleeves and caps emblazoned with a cartoon wiener sporting a baseball bat. The team also gave away 2,000 hot dog hats to attendees. Here are some photos from the day out at the ball park.
