Starter Angel Cuan was impressive, winning his second game with no losses, working 6-1/3 innings and getting in trouble only in the second, when he yieled the lone run.

The Cyclones got single runs in the fifth, seventh, eighth and ninth to win their fourth in a row and regain a piece of first place.

The run in the fifth scored thanks to doubles by Jeff Flagg and J.B. Brown. In the seventh, Flagg homered.

In the eighth, Juan Centeno singled and made his way around the bases on a wild pitch, a tag on a fly ball and Darrell Ceciliani single.

In the ninth, Cory Vaughn scored on a Brown SAC fly.

Ryan Fraser closed out the game with 2-2/3 innings of no-hit relief. He struck out four.
