A man was arrested for allegedly breaking a man’s eyeglasses — while they were on his face — on Cortelyou Road on Sept. 30.
The victim told police that he was between E. 16th and E. 17th streets at 10:15 pm when the suspect punched him in the face and broke his glasses. The man then took the victim’s laptop and hurled it onto the ground, according to court documents.
Clothing crook
A woman was arrested for allegedly looting a Flatbush Avenue store on April 30.
An employee at the store between Albemarle Road and Tilden Avenue spotted the suspect on surveillance at 4:04 pm, where she was shown dumping more than $1,000 worth of T-shirts, swim trunks, and sweatshirts into a black laundry bag, before waltzing out without paying, cops said.
