Family first: Batchelder Street is fun for all

A special child-size choo-choo train guided residents of the Sheepshead/Nostrand Houses to their annual Family Day block party on Batchelder Street between avenues W and X recently.

Kids with smiles from ear to ear were found running around all day trying to take part in all the fun that was offered by organizers from the Nostrand Resident Houses Association, who, as always, put on a grand showing of neighborhood spirit.
