Bushwick Open Studios kicks off its annual art extravaganza tonight with a proliferation of opening parties. Look up! Thousands of toy elephants will parachute from the rooftops tonight into a Washington Street block party. For $20, you can sponsor one of the Dumbo Drop elephants, and if your pachyderm lands closest to a target, you win a $500 shopping spree!
