Do the robot

This weekend is your final chance to dance along with time-traveling hip-hop robots from space in “The Brobot Johnson Experience.” Experience their message of love and dopeness tonight or Saturday at the Bushwick Starr, as embodied by actor and writer Darian Dauchan.

8 pm at the Bushwick Starr (207 Starr St. between Wyckoff and Irving avenues in Bushwick, www.thebushwickstarr.org). $25.

Slainte Slope

Spend St. Patrick’s day in approved, traditional fashion — getting hammered on Irish stout! Stop by the extremely Irish pub Paddy’s of Park Slope any time after noon to get a wristband for its Irish stroll, which gets you $4 beers and $5 stouts at Paddy’s and three rather less-Irish nearby spots: Park Slope Ale House, Skylark, and High Dive.

Noon–8 pm at Paddy’s of Park Slope [273 13th St. between Fifth and Sixth avenues in Park Slope, (718) 369–0831, www.facebook.com/paddysofparkslope]. $10.

Craic pipes

Once you recover from Saturday’s craic (Gaelic for good times), scoot over to Park Slope’s official St. Patrick’s Day parade, filled with Irish dancers, bagpipers, and other Irish acts, led by Grand Marshal Richard J. Moylan, President of Green-Wood Cemetery. The parade will travel down 15th street to Seventh Avenue, turn right towards Garfield Place, then march to Prospect Park West and return to its start.

Stick a pipe in it: The St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Park Slope on March 18 will feature the gentle tootling of babpipes.

Under ‘Pressure’

Turning from craic to crack — it turns out that dealing in the latter is a bad idea! Brooklyn filmmaker Abdu Danridge’s new film “Pressure,” about teens in Harlem and Brooklyn during the crack epidemic, dramatizes the tragedies surrounding the drug. Dandridge will screen a half-hour preview of the film and discuss it at two sessions today.

12:30 pm and 6:30 pm. Medgar Evers College (1650 Bedford Ave. between Crown and Montgomery streets in Crown Heights), www.pressureentertainment.com]. Free.

Whip it good

You must “Whip It!” Settle in for the fantastically fun 2009 roller derby flick, starring Ellen Page as a teen beauty pageant contestant who joins a team as “Babe Ruthless.” After the show, members of the Gotham Girls Roller Derby, Miss U.S. Slay and Rude McSlamahan, will skate through the theater and discuss the flick!

6:45 pm at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema [445 Albee Square West between Fulton and Willoughby streets Downtown, (718) 513–2547, www.drafthouse.com/nyc]. $12.

Drink up: On St. Patrick’s Day, you can find a discount on Irish stout by joining the Irish Stroll, starting at Paddy’s of Park Slope, or by visiting literally any Irish pub on Earth.
