Craic pipes
Once you recover from Saturday’s craic (Gaelic for good times), scoot over to Park Slope’s official St. Patrick’s Day parade, filled with Irish dancers, bagpipers, and other Irish acts, led by Grand Marshal Richard J. Moylan, President of Green-Wood Cemetery. The parade will travel down 15th street to Seventh Avenue, turn right towards Garfield Place, then march to Prospect Park West and return to its start.

Under ‘Pressure’
Turning from craic to crack — it turns out that dealing in the latter is a bad idea! Brooklyn filmmaker Abdu Danridge’s new film “Pressure,” about teens in Harlem and Brooklyn during the crack epidemic, dramatizes the tragedies surrounding the drug. Dandridge will screen a half-hour preview of the film and discuss it at two sessions today.
