Cops are looking for the shooter who gunned down a man in Flatbush following a dispute on Thursday afternoon.

Eion Thom, 41, of East 91st Street was shot across the street from an apartment building on Albemarle Road near Flatbush Avenue at about 4:05 pm on April 1.

Law enforcement sources said that Thom and the shooter had been involved in a prior dispute for reasons that are not yet known.

At the location of the shooting, police said, the gunman fired on Thom as the victim walked away, striking him in the lower back. The perpetrator took off in an unknown direction.

Officers from the 70th Precinct responded to a 911 call about the shooting and found the wounded Thom, who was conscious and alert. However, law enforcement sources said, his condition rapidly deteriorated after EMS removed him from the scene; Thom was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at Kings County Hospital.

No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing, police said.

Law enforcement sources described the gunman as a man with a light complexion and a medium building, standing about 5 feet, 6 inches tall, who was last seen wearing a black mask, a black t-shirt and black pants.
