Cops are searching for the fiend who shot and killed 21-year-old Anthony Francis on E. 31st Street in Flatlands on Sept. 2.
The brute pulled up in a black two-door Dodge Challenger with black rims and fired several shots at Francis as he sat in his car between Avenues J and I a little before 7:30 pm, officials said. A woman was with Francis in his car but escaped uninjured, police said.
Emergency responders took Francis to Community Hospital where doctors pronounced him dead, police said. Francis lived on E. 82nd Street between Glenwood Road and Flatlands Avenue in Canarsie, according to authorities. The shooter fled in an unknown direction and the investigation is ongoing, officials said. Police have made no arrests.
