Four thugs %u2013 three males and a young woman %u2013 attacked a Sheepshead Bay teen with a baseball bat last week after asking him if he was a gang member, officials alleged.
The victim told police that he was at the corner of Avenue Y and Batchelder Street at 2:31 p.m. on December 4 when the three male suspects allegedly surrounded him.
“You a Sureno?” they allegedly asked, wondering if the Hispanic teen was part of a Mexican street gang that has its roots in southern California.
When the victim said no, the suspects allegedly ripped a pendant off his neck.
The female suspect reportedly struck him in the head with a small baseball bat before running off with his jewelry, officials alleged.
As this paper went to press, cops from the 61st Precinct had arrested one of the four alleged muggers.
Kevin Landazuri, 20, was apprehended a short time after the heist and charged with robbery in the first degree, grand larceny, assault, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon.
His three accomplices were still at large as this paper went to press.

You know winter’s here when not one but three people are arrested for trying to steal another man’s jacket.
Cops from the 62nd Precinct said that they were rolling down 18th Avenue near 86th Street just before 4 a.m. on December 6 when they spotted the three suspects allegedly struggling with a fourth male.
When they broke up the fight, police learned that the suspects, identified as 39-year-old Jesus Martinez-Garcia, 35-year-old Jose Mendoza-Martine and 25-year-old Pablo Rivera, had allegedly stopped the victim in the street and demanded his jacket.
But it was too cold for the victim to give up his jacket to anyone %u2013 especially strangers.
Enraged, the three allegedly began punching and kicking their victim as they tried to pull the jacket off of him. Cops were putting them in handcuffs minutes later.
All three men were charged with attempted robbery, menacing and harassment.
The victim, who suffered a few cuts and a bloody lip, was brought to a local hospital for observation, officials said.
A Sheepshead Bay teen woke up with a broken jaw after being knocked unconscious at the corner of Avenue X and Nostrand Avenue last week, police said.
The victim told police that he was arguing with a 16-year-old he knew near the corner just after 3 p.m. on December 2 when the suspect allegedly assailed his face with punches.
Prosecutors said that the victim was knocked out. When he finally came to his jaw was broken. His teeth were cracked and his face was also left bruised and swollen, officials said.
Cops quickly identified Wajajat Hafeez as the alleged assailant. He was taken into custody without incident charged with assault, menacing and disorderly conduct.
A 24-year-old Gravesend woman is resting a little easier now that a neighbor who allegedly terrorized her was behind bars.
Cops from the 62nd Precinct said they arrested Lana Zeigler, 22, after the young West 8th Street resident near 86th Street had allegedly flattened her victim’s tires and then tried to flatten her nose during a sneak attack inside the woman’s apartment.
Officials said that an alleged ongoing dispute between apartment building neighbors came to a head following a heated phone conversation on November 30.
Zeigler allegedly flattened the 24-year-old woman’s tires shortly after the call.
Prosecutors alleged that Zeigler laughed about her victim’s misfortune when she was told about it.
“Why would anyone do that,” she allegedly said, according to published reports.
After the victim accused Zeigler, the two got into another argument, police alleged.
On December 3, Zeigler allegedly snuck into her victim’s apartment and attacked, punching the 24-year-old in the face.
The victim called police, who charged Zeigler with assault and menacing.
Cops were called to a Surf Avenue apartment building last week after a 25-year-old woman threatened another young woman with a knife, police alleged.
Officials said that Lishann Chang was arguing with her victim inside the Coney Island Houses near West 30th Street when she allegedly pulled a knife.
“B–ch, don’t mess with me,” she allegedly threatened. “I’m going to cut you.”
Instead of messing with Chang, the victim called police, who charged the 25-year-old with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon.
It was unclear what the two women were arguing about as this paper went to press.
A sticky-fingered 30-year-old was arrested last week after he was allegedly caught palming a number of curious items from a Coney Island Pathmark.
Cops were not sure what Otar Dekanosidze was going to do with the baby wipes and Fuji DVDs he had allegedly taken from the Cropsey Avenue supermarket at 12:30 p.m. on December 5.
Workers grabbed Dekanosidze after he allegedly tried to flee the store with the items.
Responding officers recovered the stolen property, as well as a gravity knife from the suspect.
He was charged with petit larceny criminal possession of stolen property and criminal possession of a weapon.
Cops arrested a 28-year-old man in connection with an attack on 65th Street near 23rd Avenue.
Albijond Kaja was charged with assault, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon this week after he allegedly took a large piece of wood to another man inside an address near the corner back on November 24.
The victim told police that Kaja had allegedly hit him in the shoulder and neck. His injuries were light.
A man armed with a handgun and a hammer is being sought for holding up a Gerritsen Beach business.
Officials said that the thief, identified as a 25-year-old black male, entered CrossBoro Transport Inc., 2680 Gerritsen Avenue, just before 2:30 p.m. on November 23 with a hammer in his hand. In his other hand was a black plastic bag with what appeared to be a handgun inside, according to witnesses.
Police said the man ordered three people to the back of the office, demanding that they fork over their belongings.
The thief reportedly brought his hammer down on two of his victims before running off with $25, officials said.
One of his victims suffered injuries to his right head and shoulder as a result.
