Join Brooklyn Greenway Initiative (BGI) for a 10-mile ride at a family pace, starting in Greenpoint and ending at Red Hook’s spectacular waterfront, May 3 from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
BGI’s Sixth Annual Future Brooklyn Waterfront Green-way Bike Tour includes a restroom/water stop and updates about the Brooklyn Waterfront Greenway.
Bring a helmet, water, spare tube, sunscreen and a camera. The tour is free but donations are welcome.
Meet at the foot of Manhattan Avenue in Green-point, at Newton Creek. The ride starts at 10 a.m. sharp.
