The North Flatbush Avenue Business Improvement District invites you to give the gift of life…donate blood during the annual blood drive sponsored by Crunch and Healthy Nibbles, August 28 from 2-7:30 p.m. in front of 300 Flatbush Avenue at Sterling Place & Eighth Avenue.
Each day, the NY Blood Center needs close to 2,000 people to roll up their sleeves to give the gift of life. There is simply no substitute for voluntarily donated blood. Without donors, the community would not have an adequate blood supply.
Those wishing to donate must show ID and must be between the ages of 17 and 72, and in good health. Sixteen-year-olds may donate with parental consent.
When you donate, you will receive a free organic juice from Healthy Nibbles and a free one week guest pass to Crunch.
