Canarsie police are looking for the gunman who shot two teenagers in a drive-by attack on Saturday night.

Authorities say the shooting occurred on April 17 at around 9:20 pm in Ralph Avenue near E. 78th Street, while the two victims — aged 18 and 19 — sat inside a silver BMW when an unidentified gunman inside the a nearby sedan began firing shots at the pair, striking the 18-year-old in the shoulder, and grazing the 19-year-old in the head.

Following the ambush attack, the victims sped away from the scene, but stopped about a half-mile away on Avenue H in Flatlands and called for help.

Officers from the 69th Precinct responded to the incident, and paramedics brought the 18-year-old man to Brookdale University Hospital, and the 19-year-old man to Kings County Hospital. Both are expected to recover from their injuries.
