Brace for impact, Brooklyn: the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live Glow Party returns to Barclays Center on Sept. 28.

The event promises an electrifying experience for young fans, as the Glow Party will transform the arena into a playground of light and sound for an event unlike any other.

Eric Steinberg, driver of beloved monster truck Bigfoot, is ready to bring the excitement to New York and meet the eager, young fans.

“It’s a lot of fun. We kind of just sit by the trucks, and we’ll have lines of people come up, and we’ll answer as many questions as you want,” he told Brooklyn Paper. “It’s cool to see kids’ reactions to these questions because it’s their first time seeing monster trucks in person.”

There will be two show performances: one at 12:30 p.m. and another at 7:30 p.m. Both shows will offer a VIP pre-show experience, where fans can meet the drivers and get a close-up look at the trucks. Each Power Smasher Pre-Show ticket includes an autograph card, a glow stick, a souvenir pass, and a special lanyard — perfect for any die-hard Hot Wheels fan.

“It’s kind of cool that you get to build a relationship with the fans, seeing what they like and what they don’t like,” he said. “We’re excited to be able to bring monster trucks out to Brooklyn. It’s a big target audience for us. A lot of families were very happy with how the show went last year, and hopefully, we’ll carry that back into this year.”

Families can look forward to seeing their favorite monster trucks, including Mega Wrex, Tiger Shark, 5-Alarm, Bone Shaker and Bigfoot, along with the debut of a new vehicle, Skelesaurus.

And in true Glow Party style, attendees can expect an immersive experience filled with dazzling lasers, high-energy dance parties and plenty of Hot Wheels toy giveaways.

The excitement doesn’t stop there: the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live Freestyle Motocross Team will take to the sky, showcasing jaw-dropping aerial stunts.

“It’s definitely geared towards children,” Steinberg said. “If they haven’t seen monster trucks before, this is a perfect first show for them.”
