Mom, dad and the kids joined peace-loving forces with their neighbors during a unity day at Fort Greene Park.
The sprawling green on Myrtle Avenue, between North Portland and St. Edward Street, morphed into a haven of goodwill, featuring a day of fun-filled amusements for the whole family; among them, a parade, music, plus a street fair.
The day was organized by Family Support and Resources, Youth, Children and Family Services.
