Blue Ribbon opened
a branch of their acclaimed Manhattan eateries in Park Slope
on June 6.



The newest jewel in the Blue Ribbon crown of brothers Eric and
Bruce Bromberg is their fourth – joining the original Blue Ribbon,
Blue Ribbon Sushi and Blue Ribbon Bakery. Pictured here are chef-owner

The original Blue Ribbon in SoHo has a reputation as the late-night
place chefs go to eat when they get off work.



Like its cousins, the Brooklyn Blue Ribbon will open at 6 pm
and stay open until 2 am weekdays and 4 am weekends, featuring
wines from around the world and an array of choices at their
extensive raw bar.



The eclectic menu offers a vast array of choices, from matzo
ball soup ($6), escargot bourguignon ($9) and sweet soppressata
($5.50) for appetizers, to pigeon with toasted barley and sweet
potato ($24) and lobster with corn on the cob ($22.50) for entrees.



Blue Ribbon is located at 280 Fifth Ave. at Garfield Place in
Park Slope. Blue Ribbon accepts all major credit cards and is
