Double trouble
A pair of n’er-do-wells bashed a 14-year-old boy after he refused to hand over his belongings on Atlantic Avenue on Dec. 3.
Two baddies followed the boy down the avenue near Nevins Street at around 7 pm where one of the crooks growled, “Yo, yo, run out your pockets,” authorities said.
The kid refused to comply and the bruiser punched him in the face and fled, according to cops.
On the case
Police arrested a woman who they say threw a fiberglass display case at another lady during a fight in a Court Street store on Dec. 2.
The suspect was in a dispute with the victim in the shop near State Street at 5:25 pm when she picked up the clear case and hurled at her opponent, striking her in the left shoulder, according to a report.
Pocketed
Some pickpocket stole a woman’s phone and other belongings in a Fulton Street shop on Nov. 25.
The victim told police she was browsing in the store by Red Hook Lane around 3 pm with a case in her right pocket that held her phone, credit card, and driver’s license.
But when she left the store, she realized she no longer had it and discovered that someone had used her card, authorities said.
Subway snatch
Cops cuffed a guy who they say snatched a woman’s phone from her hand as she was using it on a Coney Island-bound F train on Dec. 3, before a group of do-gooders helped her get it back.
The lady was scrolling through her mobile device on the train near Bergen Street station at 2:30 pm when the doors opened and the suspect allegedly grabbed it from her hand, a report said.
But several good Samaritans helped the woman chase the man, eventually holding him down on the ground until the police arrived, officers reported.
Brushed
A delinquent duo stole a guy’s wallet from his pocket on Willoughby Street on Nov. 29.
The victim told cops he was strolling near Duffield Street at 1:30 pm when the two weasels brushed up against him. He then went to go buy food and realized his wallet was gone, authorities said.
