A man beat his ex-girlfriend and broke her phone inside a Surf Avenue residential building on June 23, cops said.

The victim told police her former flame threw her phone against a wall inside the building near W. 30th Street, causing it to break. He choked her as she tried to escape, causing her to lose balance and fall, cops said. The ex-boyfriend also threw a small piano at her head, police said.

Cell service

Cops arrested a man for stealing a cell phone and assaulting two men on the Riegelman Board Walk on June 28.

The victim told police the crooks hit him over the head with a glass bottle near Coney Island Avenue at 7:40 p.m., before nabbing his cellphone and fleeing, punching another man in the face as they took off, police said.

Gunpoint goons

A thief robbed two men at gunpoint on W. 17th Street on June 24, police said.

The victims told police the robber pulled a gun near Mermaid Avenue and demanded $20 before fleeing, cops said.

Bag it

Cops arrested a teenager for allegedly stealing a woman’s handbag on W. 24 Street on June 24.

The victim told police that the teen approached her in her apartment building near Surf Avenue at at 1:50 p.m., before attempting to take her bag before fleeing, cops said.

The suspect resisted arrest as police cuffed him, cops said.

Cane drain

Cops arrested a woman for physically assaulting a woman on W. 12th Street on June 28.

The victim told police she was arguing with the woman’s sister near Neptune Avenue at 11:15 a.m., when she was struck in the head with a metal cane.

The cane caused bruising to the head and left arm, causing the victim to be transported to Coney Island Hospital to receive treatment for minor injuries.
