iPhone kill
A gunman opened fire on a 34-year-old man inside an Ocean Avenue apartment building on Sept. 24 — during a dispute over an iPhone, some claim.
The victim, Viktor Kolodiy, was in the lobby of his building, which is between Avenues V and W, at 9:02 pm when witnesses said he got into an argument with another man.
That man pulled a gun and opened fire, hitting Kolodiy in the torso.
Paramedics rushed Kolodiy to Kings County Hospital, where he died of his injuries a short time later.
This is the second murder to take place in Sheepshead Bay in two weeks. A week earlier, a 27-year-old man was gunned down during a squabble inside a Sheepshead/Nostrand Houses apartment building on Batchelder Street

iBooze
A sticky-fingered bar fly swiped an iPad that was brought to an Avenue X nightclub on Sept. 24.
The 18-year-old owner of the iPad said he left the $700 computer tablet on the bar in the watering hole, which is between E. 22nd and E. 23rd streets, at 3 am. When he returned a few minutes later, the iPad was gone.
Fed-ex fluff
Talk about a dirty delivery!
A Fed Ex delivery man “pleasured himself” in front of a Bath Beach woman on Sept. 21, said cops.
The 32-year-old suspect dropped off a package to the 49-year-old woman’s home at 11:35 am, but returned moments later and began hitting on her. He then exposed himself and masturbated into a tissue he had asked the Bath Beach resident for, police said.
The woman complained to Fed Ex and the 32-year-old was arrested the next day, charged with attempted sexual abuse and public lewdness, said cops.
Bedroom ransack
A thief broke into an E. 23rd Street home on Sept. 23 and ransacked the place.
The victim said he left the home near Avenue W at about 10:30 am. When he returned just three hour later, he found the door pried open and his belongings tossed about.
Cleaned out
Some grimy goons forced their way into the Hi Tek Car Wash on Banner Avenue on Sept. 23, taking more than $900.
Workers said that the thieves pried open the front gate to the store near Guider Avenue at about 1:30 am. Once they breached the security shutters, they smashed a store window and ran off with the cash.
Romeo renegade
A thief scaled a balcony to get to a second-floor Avenue Z apartment — but he had an entire month to accomplish the feat.
The 23-year-old tenant left her home near Ocean Avenue for an extended vacation beginning on Sept. 7. When she returned on Sept. 22, she learned that more than $12,000 in jewelry had been taken — and a door that led to the balcony had been left open.
Purse snag
A crook swiped a purse from a 72-year-old woman during a Sept. 20 skirmish on Batchelder Street.
The woman was nearing Avenue Z at noon when the thief grabbed her from behind and ran off with her bag.
More bag thefts
Two goons ganged up on a 63-year-old woman on Nostrand Avenue, demanding she give up her property on Sept. 19.
The woman was between Avenues W and X when the thieves surrounded her, taking the purse out of her shopping cart before running into the Sheepshead/Nostrand Houses.
Senior attack
A 17-year-old attacked his grandparents on Ocean Parkway on Sept. 24 — said police.
The teen was arguing with his 80-year-old relatives in their apartment near Neptune Avenue at 9:30 am, when cops say he punched both of them repeatedly.
Cops arrested him a short time later, and say they charged him with assault and resisting arrest.
Bat bruiser nabbed
A 29-year-old man allegedly beat two other men with a baseball bat on W. Fifth Street in Gravesend on Sept. 25.
Witnesses told cops that the suspect was arguing with two brothers near Avenue O when he lunged at them with an aluminum baseball bat — leaving both men with head trauma. Cops caught up with the suspect a short time later, and say they charged him with assault in the second degree.
